AI Assistant

AI Assistant

The AI Assistant is available in the Pro version. It helps you review flagged files faster by explaining why a file was detected, whether it matches an official source, and what you should inspect before taking action.

Open The AI Assistant

  1. Go to Tools → BroodWeb Malware Scanner.
  2. Open the AI Assistant tab.
  3. Select your AI provider.
  4. Add your API key, endpoint, and model name.
  5. Click Save AI Settings.

Supported Providers

  • OpenAI
  • DeepSeek
  • Groq
  • Custom OpenAI-compatible API

Analyze A Flagged File

  1. Run a malware scan first.
  2. Go back to the AI Assistant tab.
  3. Find a file in the AI File Triage table.
  4. Use the search box or filters to narrow the results.
  5. Click Analyze beside the file you want to review.
  6. The AI report will open in a popup.

After A File Is Analyzed

After analysis is complete, the button changes from Analyze to Analyzed.
You can still click it again if you want to run the analysis another time.

What The AI Report Shows

  • Why the scanner flagged the file.
  • Whether the file appears risky or likely safe.
  • Whether the file matches the official WordPress, plugin, or theme source when comparison is available.
  • Changed lines when official-source comparison finds differences.
  • Manual review suggestions before quarantine, restore, or cleanup.
  1. Run a normal malware scan.
  2. Open the AI Assistant tab.
  3. Filter by high-risk files first.
  4. Analyze suspicious files one by one.
  5. Read the AI report carefully.
  6. Confirm the issue manually before using quarantine or repair tools.

Important Note

AI analysis is a review assistant, not an automatic malware removal system. Always inspect suspicious files manually and keep a full backup before cleaning or replacing files.
