Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Broodweb (“the Site”), purchasing any product, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.
Products
Broodweb sells WordPress plugins and themes as digital products. All products are delivered digitally — no physical goods are shipped.
Purchases & Payment
- All prices are listed in USD
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe or Payoneer
- We do not store your payment card details
- You will receive an email receipt upon successful purchase
- All sales are for a one-time purchase — no recurring charges
Product Access & Delivery
After a successful purchase:
- You will receive a download link via email
- You may also access your purchases through your account dashboard
- Download links are valid and accessible as long as your account is active
Support Policy
Each product includes 1 month of free support from the date of purchase. Support covers:
✓ Bug fixes related to the product
✓ Answering usage questions
✓ Compatibility clarifications
Support does not cover:
✗ Customization requests beyond the product’s stated features
✗ Issues caused by third-party plugins/themes
✗ Issues caused by modifications you made to the code
Support is provided via our contact form and email. Response time is within 24–48 hours on business days.
Intellectual Property
All products sold on Broodweb are the intellectual property of Broodweb. Purchasing a product grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product on your own projects.
You may not:
- Redistribute, resell, or share the product files
- Claim the product as your own work
- Use the product to create a competing product for sale
- Remove copyright notices from the code
Prohibited Use
You agree not to use our site or products to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Transmit malicious code or harmful content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that products will be error-free or compatible with every server, hosting environment, or third-party plugin.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Broodweb shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our products or services.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts located in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
